Writing Superstars and Students of the Year
At the June 4, 2024, meeting of the governing board of the Saugus Union School Districts, students from every site were recognized as either writing superstars or students of the year.

The governing board and cabinet of the Saugus Union School District wishes to congratulate Tina Macabitas for being selected as the district's Teacher of the Year!
Dr. Joan Lucid Award Recipient
The Saugus Union School District will be announcing this year's recipient of the Dr. Joan Lucid Leadership and Service Award at the August 29, 2023, governing board meeting.

SUSD School Facility Measure
In an effort to maintain transparency with the entire Saugus Union School District (SUSD) community, we are announcing on July 30, 2024, that the Governing Board of the Saugus Union School District will consider placing a school facility measure onto the November 5, 2024 ballot.
SUSD Hosts Frank Discussion on Bullying, Language
Saugus Union School District Superintendent Dr. Colleen Hawkins shared a series of earnest conversations she had with local fourth, fifth, and sixth grade students in a board presentation that drew praise from board members who appreciated the dialogue they considered important.
