National Hispanic Heritage Month celebrates the achievements, history, traditions, and cultural diversity of the nation’s Hispanic/Latino/Latinx Americans and acknowledges their influence on politics, the economy, and the social and cultural life throughout the United States. The stories and contributions of these men and women are vast. National Hispanic Heritage Month is celebrated every year from September 15 through October 15. The dates were carefully chosen. Eight Latin American countries celebrate their independence days during this period.
This year’s theme, “Together, We Are More. Unidos, Somos Más” celebrates family, resilience, creativity, faith, and service. It honors the diverse stories that strengthen our nation, investing in the future, and building a stronger America for all.
