The Saugus Union School District is seeking nominations for the annual Dr. Joan Lucid Leadership and Service Award. The award, which honors Dr. Lucid who retired in June of 2018 after nearly four decades as an educator/administrator in the Saugus Union District, will be given to an individual or group that has made a significant contribution to the learning and development of students in the Saugus Union School District.
Nominations will be accepted between March 24, 2026, and April 17, 2026, and will be presented at a future Saugus Union School District Governing Board meeting.
- Nominations should be completed online via the online form.
- Nominations will be reviewed by the SUSD Governing Board representatives and district leadership members after April 17, 2026.
- The recipient of the Dr. Joan Lucid Leadership and Service Award will be notified by May 30, 2026.
