We are celebrating all of the amazing female leaders of each of the Saugus Union School District (SUSD) elementary schools and district office.
In a profession where about 77% of its workforce are female teachers, only 56-57% of administrators are female, and less than 30% of superintendents are female. SUSD is proud of these difference makers and of how they are exemplifying positive role models for our young girls to see what they can become in the future.
