Celebrating Asian American and Pacific Islander Heritage Month
Asian American and Pacific Islander Heritage Month is a time for celebrating the heritage and culture of Asian American and Pacific Islander people in the United States and recognizing their contributions to the United States. This year's theme, “Advancing Leaders Through Innovation,” pays homage to the visionaries and trailblazers who have shaped history and continue to influence our future. Innovations, resilience, and a pioneering spirit are cornerstones of American leadership. Asian American and Pacific Islander leaders have made lasting contributions to our nation’s economic prosperity, technological advancements, and a social/political change through their ingenuity and creativity while navigating significant cultural and systemic barriers.
