Resilience Brilliance Award Recipients
At the governing board meeting on September 3, 2024, students from each school site were recognized for receiving the Resilience Brilliance Award.
Writing Superstars and Students of the Year
At the June 4, 2024, meeting of the governing board of the Saugus Union School Districts, students from every site were recognized as either writing superstars or students of the year.

At the June 4 governing board meeting, the 2024 classified employees of the year were honored by their administrators and the governing board.

Charles Helmers Elementary School Recognized as a Model for Professional Learning Community at Work
Charles Helmers Elementary School was recognized by Solution Tree as one of 23 California schools and one of about 600 schools and districts in the US and Canada to receive this honor.

Dr. Joan Lucid Award Recipient
The Saugus Union School District will be announcing this year’s recipient of the Dr. Joan Lucid Leadership and Service Award at the August 29, 2023, governing board meeting.
